Evolution Agents has launched its new gourmet provisioning service, EvoWasabi. Focusing on Japanese products, including premium deep-frozen sushi, the EvoWasabi service is aimed at providing quality, ready-to-use products from an increasingly popular cuisine to today’s superyacht chefs, consequently reducing preparation time to a minimum - a key consideration for chefs, particularly those on board busy charter yachts.
The highest quality processing and packaging of food is crucial to ensure chefs receive the level of product that superyacht owners and guests are familiar with, and Evolution Agents is pleased to be able to offer this quality to its clients. It will, in addition, allow the chef to store the food on board for longer periods – particularly useful during a busy charter season or a voyage of considerable distance.
The EvoWasabi range includes deep-frozen tuna, salmon, Hamachi, eel and black cod, and is completed by a range of handmade Japanese sauces, notably ponzu, kabayaki, wafu and EvoWasabi vinegar for sushi rice.
“Our mission is to make an on-board gourmet experience to enjoy, providing excellent Japanese products, each one of which retains the same properties and freshness for weeks, thanks to the state-of-the-art packaging and deep-freezing processing,” explained Colin Clark, head of provisioning at Evolution Agents.
EvoWasabi products are already available to those in Spanish waters and can be ordered via email, telephone or visiting the website.
