CANADA, Vancouver. Working in collaboration with designer Ron Holland, Rayburn Yachts and Freedom Marine have revealed a new 33.5m project, which is based on an existing and proven hull platform by Rayburn Yachts. Work on the concept began after the idea was suggested to Holland and Rayburn by Don Young and David Campbell of Freedom Marine during a meeting at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.

Keeping within existing parameters, Holland developed the project to create a look in harmony with the shape of the hull. “I am excited and think this is an innovative project,” explains Holland. “The fact that we have a hull ready to go will help to move the project along quickly and I believe this will excite the buyer as well.”
“The hull was originally developed by the late Ed Hagemann for Rayburn Yachts,” reveals Paul Rayburn. “It was designed to be an efficient and seaworthy hull, well suited for a range of uses. Based on the accolades from captains and owners of the existing sister ship hulls, I felt that this new design was a natural fit.”
The hull, which has an asking price of 600,000 USD, in its protective shrink wrap in January 2013
