Sevenstar seeks synergy for success

Sevenstar Yacht Transport follows up acquisitions and mergers with new UK HQ…

Building on the acquisition of Dockwise Yacht Transport in 2013 and the recent merger with Complete Marine Freight (CMF), Sevenstar Yacht Transport has told SuperyachtNews.com it is looking to further consolidate its position as a market leader.

As part of their merger and expansion process, CMF and Sevenstar UK, both based in Southampton, have moved to larger premises to accommodate the new increase in capacity and bolster efficiency.

"We expect even greater synergy across the group now we are together in one office", says Mike Herrebrugh director of Sevenstar UK. "We believe that the combination of the former CMF liner services team and Sevenstar UK has brought together one of the most specialised yacht transport teams in the region."

Sevenstar Yacht Transport, including its subsidiary Yacht Shipping ltd, has offices worldwide and 120 company-owned vessels. The group can currently transport yachts of up to 60m and 900tonnes.
