Onto something new
Joe Foggia has taken on a new role at Northrop & Johnson following his departure from Christensen Shipyard. SuperyachtNews.com spoke to Foggia about the move.…
“The changeover is my new chapter, where I really get to do what I like to do, which is cultivate and nurture contacts, create and strengthen relations with yacht buyers, owners and their teams,” Foggia told SuperyachtNews.com.
“Additionally, it was natural for me to go into brokerage since it was my practice to work with all brokers while at Christensen," he added. "Hence, I have long relationships with many brokers at most brokerage houses and I look forward to completing sales with them all.”
With 30 years in the yachting industry and most recently to add to this, starting Global Yacht Advisors LLC as principal advisor, Foggia’s experience in this sector of the industry is demonstrable. He now specialises in superyacht purchase, new construction, shipyard negotiations and viability analysis, contract specification review, yacht sale and re-sale strategy, market perception, product development and quality control.
