Floating Life Charter&Brokerage has announced three appointments to its charter, brokerage and concierge division.
Manuel Maiano will join as the new charter and sales manager, Sara Roversi has been appointed the new concierge and charter manager and Sara Ballista has been confirmed as charter and sales broker.
Commenting on his new position, Maiano said, "I can continue to cultivate my passion for superyachts. And, at the same time, thanks to the knowledge I have accumulated - basically all my life - and the capabilities I have developed, I can help each client choose the vessel that will meet his or her expectations."
Equally Roversi said the job was more a labour of love: "The yachting industry has always represented the perfect mixture of my skills and passions, and every day Floating Life gives me the chance to concretely 'live' my job 360°. I really love to create personalised itineraries for clients and their guests in some of the most beautiful places in the world, but most of all, I love being able to assist them from the very beginning of their vacation plans through to the end of their charming trip."
And for Ballista, the challenge of delivering an impeccable service at Floating Life was the element she relished most: "I truly enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect yacht for clients, heading for the perfect destinations. I always take great satisfaction in creating amazing experiences for clients and their families in some of the most exquisite places in the world. I think that this great job will continue to surprise me every day and my passion for it will keep me sailing with my team for a very long time in the future."
