Christophe Harbour offers 10 more founders berths
A further 10 superyacht founders' berths out of the 24 total berths at the luxury St Kitts marina are up for sale with a deadline of 15 December 2013…
Luxury St Kitts marina development Christophe Harbour tells SuperyachtNews.com that it has decided to offer up a further ten superyacht founders berths of its total 24 berths at the marina on top of the original ten that were initially sold under this guise.
Part of their Marina Founders Program, the berths will come with an array of 'founder's benefits' including reduced pricing, Christophe Harbour Club membership and more. There will be a deadline of 15 December 2013 to purchase one of these berths, which like all berths at the marina will offer perpetual ownership of the berth, not simply a leasehold.
