Benetti has launched its new Dedicato service. The five-year full yacht care programme offers Benetti owners a comprehensive all-in-one solution to their technical, maintenance, administration and crewing requirements at a fixed yearly rate.
“Dedicato is a true innovation in the yachting industry, ensuring owners have the shipyard at their side 24/7 during the yacht’s operation, for a five-year period and for a pre-arranged fee. It will be offered to Benetti owners during the construction period. With a much broader scope, Dedicato does not replace the existing yacht management services already available on the market”, explained Benetti’s quality and after sales manager Alessandro Gallifuoco.
Benetti Dedicato includes yacht management services such as technical maintenance for scheduled changes and occasional failures, an extension of warranty for the five year programme duration and yacht insurance. This service will also cover crew-related management and costs including salaries, administration, insurance and so on. On completion of the five year term the yacht will be re-commissioned to protect initial investment.
