In an intimate lunch coordinated by the Superyacht Events Agency and SuperyachtDesign, a small group of designers came together to discuss some of their sector's biggest issues and developments. With the next installment of SuperyachtDESIGN Week happening in just under six months time, from 24-26 June at London's Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, we wanted to know: what is exciting you in the world of design at the moment?

In attendance were Matthew Chatt Collins of Andrew Winch Design, James Roy of BMT Nigel Gee, James O'Callaghan of Eckersley O'Callaghan, Ben Harrison from Eidsgaard Design, Tanno Weeda of Feadship and Johnny Vickers. There was no shortage on comments and suggestions from attendees on what designers really want to hear about and focus on at this year's event. With excitement already beginning to mount, topics such as innovation in design, what the future holds, the next generation and technical challenges facing the industry were tossed around.
