The Lighthouse Consultancy have expanded, employing experienced yachtswoman Ana Coll as part of their consultancy team, providing 360° shore support services in Indonesia.
Born into a family of sailors, competing in local regattas with her father from a young age, Spanish native Ana Coll spent all of her summer holidays living onboard her family's boats. She worked in the yacht industry around the Mediterranean for several years, working on multiple yachts which gained her excellent knowledge and awareness of the requirements of life on board. Ana expanded this knowledge to the operational and logistical sector when she worked as Office Manager of P&G Yachting in her home town, Palma De Mallorca.
Ana moved to Indonesia in 2015. At first, she provided consultancy services to luxury villas, transferring her experience from high level yacht services into a land based location. This time also helped her immerse herself in the local Indonesian culture and understand more about how things work in Indonesia, in every sense.
Ana explains “I’d been hoping to continue my yachting career, but also enjoyed the experience of living in Indonesia, so when a permanent shore side position became available at The Lighthouse Consultancy it was a perfect fit. The company has a really strong reputation and many of my yachting friends spoke highly of their services, hopefully I can be a big part in the company for the future”

Ana will predominantly work alongside Kerry in the Consultancy’s highly-rated provisioning department, her roles will include assisting chef and interior crew with all elements of yacht provisioning, making their Indonesian time frames run as smoothly as possible.
A dedicated surfing enthusiast, Ana loves the ocean and any water sports, wake boarding, stand up paddle and snorkelling.
