Charlotte learnt to sail almost before she could walk, and followed a degree in naval architecture with a spell as professional race and superyacht crew. She returned shoreside in the late 1990s and pursued a career in journalism, rising through the ranks at consumer magazine publisher IPC before joining Boat International, where she became Editor-in-Chief. Charlotte joined the Superyacht Group's editorial team in 2015 and moved to apply her creative brain and extensive industry and technical knowledge to The Superyacht Agency in 2018.
