Lurssen completes 91m 'Orchid'

Lurssen launched 91m 'Orchid' at the end of April.…

The German shipyard Lürssen launched a new 91m superyacht called Orchid on 30 April, 2015. The yacht was launched from the floating dock 29 months after her keel was laid in 2012 and 19 months later after her technical launch in 2012.

Designed by Reymond Langton Design, Orchid possesses a contemporary shaping. The layout of the yacht features a large waterside beach club, VIP guest suites and complete spa and treatment facilities.

Y.CO coordinated the project, working closely with the yard, designers, owner and technical team and will now handle the transition to the Y.CO management team, crew and captain.

At the moment, Project Orchid is being prepared for sea trials. The yacht will be the second one Lürssen is going to deliver in 2015.
