SuperyachtDESIGN Week hits the road

This week, the team behind SYDW visited design studios and superyacht brands ahead of the event in June.…

UK, London. The SuperyachtDESIGN Week roadshow returned this week, as the SuperyachtDesign team travelled across London and the South of England to discuss the upcoming event.

The roadshow teams travelled across London on Thursday, visiting design studios including H2 Design, Winch Design, Bannenburg & Rowell, March & White, Reymond Langton and Coote & Bernardi.

The day was spent discussing the upcoming event with the designers, highlighting how vital the design community is to the event each year.

Friday saw two teams travel south to Fareham, Lymington and Southampton, stopping at various studies along the coast, such as Redman Whiteley Dixon, Rhoades Young Design, Claydon Reeves, Tony Castro Yacht Design and Burness Corlett Three Quays.

"SuperyachtDESIGN Week is great. We love it. It's a beautiful mash up of designers and provocative conversation - with amazing cocktails," says James Claydon, director at Claydon Reeves.

This year's SuperyachtDESIGN Week programme features keynote sessions from Liaigre Yacht Design, famed Italian design house Pininfarina, superyacht super car BAC Mono and an insight into the latest onboard cinema experience with Genesis Technologies. To view the programme in full, click here.
