Following the hugely successful event in 2015, SuperyachtDESIGN Week returns from 28 – 30 June 2016 at London’s Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour.
With registration starting at just £375 for VIP guests, this three-day event is not to be missed by anyone directly involved in the design and build of superyachts. SuperyachtDESIGN Week (SYDW) features a mix of educational workshops, compelling keynotes, interactive experiences and networking opportunities with a global network of superyacht professionals.
Last year saw 500 guests attend the event, with keynote sessions from David Nelson of Foster + Partners, Bang & Olufsen creative director Johannes Torpe, innovative design insights from Pavegen Technologies, famed Italian architect and designer Arturo Vittori and an intimate armchair conversation from S/Y Sybaris owner Bill Duker alongside his design team PHDesign. Workshops explored over 15 topics, from the future of biomimicry to conversations with famed designers Michael Leach, Terence Disdale and Martin Francis.
The audience featured large yacht designers, shipyard representatives, naval architects, captains, owner representatives, project managers, specialist industry consultants, lawyers, design students and artisan suppliers.
