Blazing a trail for SYDW
This week, the Superyacht Events team ventured out on the SuperyachtDESIGN Week roadshow, check out what they got up to!…
With just over a month to go until SuperyachtDESIGN Week (SYDW), the Superyacht Events team headed out to top UK design studios and VIP suppliers to discuss this year's event. Showcasing the newly released brochure detailing what guests can expect from SuperyachtDESIGN Week, held this year from 23 - 25 June, the team also delivered cupcakes to sweeten the deal.
On day one, heading along the southcoast, we stopped in UK design hotspots Fareham, Southampton and Lymington. Visiting Redman Whiteley Dixon, POD Interior Style, Michael Leach, Dubois Yachts, Rhoades Young Design, Malcolm Mckeon Yacht Design, Humphreys Yacht Design, Claydon Reeves, Design Unlimited, Ken Freivokh Design, Dixon YD, Tony Castro, BMT Nigel Gee, Carnark Marine and Burness Corlett Three Quays.
Rachel and Emma popped into a meeting between Burness Corlett Three Quays and Fincantieri to spread the word on this year’s SYDW.

The second day of the SYDW roadshow saw the Superyacht Events team brave the rain and tour London design studios and VIPs within the industry. Lucky roadshow stops included Coote & Bernardi, FBC London, Linley, March & White, Seymour Diamond, Reymond Langton, Clyde & Co, Conran & Partners, Intarya, Foster + Partners, Evan K Marshall, Bannenberg & Rowell Design, Ezralow Design, Lawson Robb, Eidsgaard, H2 Yacht Design and Andrew Winch Designs.
We visited the Seymour Diamond team to discuss all things SYDW.

Although the team loved meeting the designers, a definite highlight was getting to see their beautiful dogs! Next year’s SYDW Roadshow we will ensure to bring along tasty treats for our four-legged friends, as well as delicious cupcakes for the humans! Here’s H2 Yacht Design’s Daisy!
