With just over a week to go until the 9th American Superyacht Forum, the Superyacht Events team are thrilled to announce the latest line up of industry figures taking part in the event as speakers. A combination of debate inducing panels, figurehead paper presentations, and new product presentations will ensure that this year’s event is the most informative, valuable and worthwhile for all attendees.

The first day will start with a keynote paper presentation by Martin Redmayne, The Yacht Report Group. Using crucial data from Superyacht Intelligence, combined with market research, this session will set the scene for the conference by delivering statistics and information that all delegates need to know. The second session of the day is a panel debate of key industry figures, namely Kristina Hebert (Ward's Marine Electric), Wayne Huizenga Jr (Rybovich), Michael Moore (Moore & Co) and William Smith III (Trinity Yachts). Discussing 10 key targets for change, topics such as the better targeting of new clients, more transparency with fees and commission structures and how to increase efficiency and profitability for all, will be covered.

We are also incredibly excited to showcase the exclusive launch of the America's Cup superyacht programme at this year’s event. Niccolò Porzio di Camporotondo of the America’s Cup Event Authority will be joined on stage by Luc Khaldoun,  Fraser Yachts, and Tim Davey from the US Superyacht Association, and will talk delegates through their plans, the event, and how we as an industry can get involved.

New to the American Superyacht Forum’s programme are the Bullet Presentations. Delivering short, sharp bursts of information on key industry sectors these sessions will allow delegates to gain a large amount of information in a short amount of time. Topics include, Marketing & Communication delivered by Patrick Coote (Fraser Yachts), the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 delivered by Peter Southgate (Cayman Registry), Finance & Liquidity delivered by Lisa Verbit – (U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management) and many more.

The afternoon of the first day will be a double whammy of ownership and business. With Jose Bared of Jones Boat Yard presenting his views on the industry from an investment perspective, followed by a respected owner who has used his yacht extensively, discussing his experiences this will finish the first day on a high note and continue to set the scene for the following two days of discussion.

These are just a taster of the sessions at the forum, for full information click here, or contact a member of the events team (click through to info@superyachtevents.com).
