MGMT has partnered with Royal Docks to provide berthing for the Olympic Games in London 2012.
The Royal Docks will be among the most exclusive yachting destinations for superyachts visiting the Olympics next summer and is expecting more yachts than ever before to visit the city.
MGMT will provide a comprehensive array of services to visiting yachts including Olympic tickets, berths, VIP water transport to and from Olympic sites, hospitality venues, in addition to the standard superyacht services including aircraft and helicopter charter, cars and provisioning.
"The partnership of our two companies means visiting yachts will not only benefit from a secure, spacious and easily accessible location, but also from our concierge services the moment their berth is booked", explained Mark Upton, Director of MGMT. "This fantastic alliance will provide visiting yachts with what is essentially a one stop shop for all their needs during their stay in London. However the huge additional benefit is that our concierge service is free to all yachts booking through MGMT or with the Royal Docks themselves."
Royal Docks 2012 and MGMT are also planning a high-end hospitality suite on-site offering a range of additional services for the guests of visiting yachts. MGMT will have a permanent 24-hour presence during the games in order to ensure the needs of all their clients are met as quickly as possible.
