Superyacht Operating Systems is proud to announce Paola Paolillo as the latest addition to the growing number of experts collaborating on the groundbreaking Luxe SOP System & Knowledge Center.
Paola is the first female Master of Havana Cigars in the UK and part of a very small, elite group of cigar professionals with the highest level of expertise in the field. She has run some of London’s premier luxury cigar lounges including Corinthia Hotel, No. Ten Manchester Street, The Hari Hotel and The Club at Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square. Her passion for cigars and dedication to her guests has been on display throughout her extraordinary career, from receiving the Cigar Spectator "Best Cigar lounge of the year" award to a second place finish in the UK Cigar Sommelier competition.Paola has also been featured in influential publications like the Financial Times, Sphere Magazine, Elite Traveler, The Weekand many others.
Recognising a growing demand for fine cigars and an increasing thirst for knowledge among consumers, Paola has decided that now is the time to share her skills, knowledge and passion by helping and supporting luxury establishments. And we couldn’t be more pleased or proud that she had decided to share it with us. The Luxe Knowledge Center now includes her expertise on cigar basics, terminology, etiquette, storage and service as well as guidance on which cigars should be stocked for guests.
Paola recently founded Slow Burning Ltd, offering cigar classes and bespoke events, creating a range of unique and memorable cigar experiences.
