Feadship announces mystery guest at Monaco
This year, the yard has tickled the industry's curiosity still further by announcing that, this year, the concept ‘comes with a client.’
“All Feadship owners are assured of maximum privacy and we cannot reveal the identity of this new potential client at this stage,’” said Francis Vermeer, head of marketing at Feadship. “However, there are strong rumours that he will attend the Monaco show in person. And as this man is also renowned for his enormous sense of humour, this promises to be a memorable occasion for all concerned.”
Unable to give any details we have been given some hints. The client is a man, who is ‘globally acknowledged as an unrivalled genius in his field’. He is also a ‘leading individual who likes nothing more than to push the window of innovation and stretch the boundaries of the possible’ and lastly 'a client able to combine theory with practice with effortless ease'. We are also told he is a sailing yacht owner who is now exploring the options for a motoryacht.
The possibilities are somewhat endless and exciting and it would be interesting to see what readers of SuperyachtNews.com think. Any guesses, please feel free to add to the comments section below.
Previous Feadship Future Conepts that have taken Monaco Yacht Show by storm include X-Stream, F-Stream, Aeon, Breathe and, most recently, Qi. The designs take highly a imaginative approach to the likely requirements and desires of the next generation of superyacht owners.
Qi was the 2011 Feadship Future Focus yacht
