Crestron brings simulated yacht exhibit to Monaco
By
Belinda Liversedge
Visitors will be able to browse, select and play their favourite entertainment, adjust lights and temperature, at the touch of a button on touch screens, remotes, custom keypads or mobile devices.
“The exhibition provides the perfect platform to demonstrate our integrated solutions to the yachting community,” said Jill Phillips, Marine Business Development Executive at Crestron. “It gives us a chance to connect with our current customers. Visitors will be surprised by the possibilities of automating and controlling technology in the yacht.”

Crestron’s mantra is to make technology ‘simple to operate and intuitive’. Indeed, simplicity is especially important in the marine environment where yachts are often chartered to customers for a short amount of time. Clients need to be able to walk right up to a touch screen and easily navigate the yacht systems.

Crestron offers a range of touch screens that can be embedded PC applications, HD video display and enhanced wireless communication. Touch screens can be table-top or wall in various sizes, textures and colours.
Located at stand QP5, Crestron will provide visitors with an inside look at its marine technology solutions in action.
