The 40m sloop Philanderer has been listed for sale with World Yacht Group for an asking price of €1.97 million. She was custom-built in 1992 by Thai shipyard Concorde Yachts and is currently lying in Valencia where she underwent refit work between 2009 and 2012.

Philanderer is offered in first-rate condition as a modern performance sailing yacht. “The interior is completely new; there is new furniture, new flooring, new soft goods, there has been a redesign of the layout and it has completely upgraded navigation systems”, commented Joan Plana, the listing broker with World Yacht Group. “The mast was replaced in 2010, there were new tenders and water toys in 2011 and in 2012 they carried out maintenance work on the engines and generators.”

“She features large deck areas allowing to host elegant al fresco dining and lounging. Her huge garage holds a myriad of toys and tenders. She is truly a paradise for charter guests and a large family. With her fully equipped gym, sauna and private office, she offers the best sailing vacations in luxury and comfort”, Plana continued.

The interior was designed by Derek Frost & Associates and accommodates 10 guests over 5 cabins, with an additional four cabins for up to seven crew.

Philanderer is very well equipped to sail around the world. As such, she carries Atlas Shore power, inverter, two generators, and is propelled by a 470hp Lugger Alaska engine.
