Burgess has announced two new significant central agency listings in consecutive days, as 47.8m Lady Joy and 49.9m Mia Elise joined its brokerage fleet. The two appointments, which are comparable in specification, bring the brokerage firm’s new central agency tally up to seven for 2016 and it also has two sales under its belt thus far.

Mia Elise was built entirely of aluminium by Trinity Yachts and was launched at the yard’s facility in New Orleans in 2010. She has recently completed a $3 million refit that included completion of her ABS five-year survey and a full paint job, bringing her up to peak condition for new ownership.

The yard handled completion of the naval architecture and exterior work, whilst US-based Patrick Knowles designed a luxurious interior, which is able to accommodate 12 guests over a six-stateroom layout. For added comfort, she is also fitted with zero-speed stabilisers, providing an ideal charter platform for offsetting running costs.

The 49.9m build has an impressive sun deck that features a 12-person Jacuzzi, large bar and lounge areas. Mia Elise is on the market with an asking price of $24,900,000.

Burgess has also listed the Christensen semi-custom build Lady Joy for sale. The 47.8m motoryacht is built entirely of GRP and was delivered in 2007 at the yard’s facility in Vancouver. Carol Williamson designed the interior, which is able to sleep 14 guest over six staterooms, and she is fitted with an elevator connecting all decks.

What has clearly been an influential factor in her proven charter platform to-date is her range, which, powered by her twin MTU 12V4000 engines, is able to reach 4,265 nautical miles. Lady Joy is on the market for $24,500,000.
