Trinity Yachts launches Tsumat

Trinity Yachts has launched 50m Tsumat (T-057), one of four superyachts that the yard will deliver in the first half of 2012...…

In early January 2012, Trinity Yachts launched the 50m (164ft) M/Y Tsumat (T-057) which will be delivered later in the year.

Tsumat is the work of a design team of Trinity Yachts, Geoff Van Aller, J C Espinosa and Ramon Alonso. Running on 2 x CAT engines (3516B II-HD @3384) Tsumat will cruise at 21 knots with a maximum speed of 22.5 knots. She has an aluminium hull and superstructure, with a gross tonnage of 499T. We will bring you more information on Tsumat in due course.

In a global economic climate which might merely be described as awkwardly viable, Trinity Yachts continues to set a steady pace in custom superyachts launched and delivered, with great expectations for launches and deliveries in 2012.

In 2011, Trinity delivered the 58m (191ft) M/Y Carpe Diem and 50m (164ft) M/Y Falcon; and launched the 60m (198ft) M/Y Areti, 58m (187ft) M/Y Lady Linda, and the 73m (242ft) M/Y New Horizon. The latter three yachts will be delivered in 2012 together with Tsumat.
