Nakhimov has announced that they have signed an order for the construction of a 55m hybrid superyacht, to be built at Admiral Tecnomar. The all-aluminium yacht will deliver to her new owner in spring 2016...…

Nakhimov has announced that they have signed an order for the construction of a 55m hybrid superyacht, to be built at Admiral Tecnomar.

The all-aluminium yacht will have a revolutionary hybrid power system that will enable it to cruise at 10 knots on electric engines consuming incredible 95 litres per hour. Using combined power the yacht will be capable to reach maximum speed of 16.5 knots. In line with the owners request for a very efficient and silent vessel the yacht will also be equipped with the  modern variable speed Northern  Lights generator and "silent" Voith bow thruster. The yacht will be equipped with a custom 8m carbon fibre limo-tender.



They yacht has been designed by Dobroserdov Design, with naval architecture by Vripack and the yard. She will have two master cabins, located on the bridge and main deck, as well as two suites on the lower deck with can be converted into four guest cabins. The lower deck will feature a full beam spa area with a sauna, hammam and a massage room.



Admiral Tecnomar will deliver the yacht to her owner in Spring 2016.
