CRN has announced its shift into the refit market with the relaunch of 46m The Eight, formerly hull 118. This is the first refit project for the Italian shipyard and the first step in its new development plan.
The Eight was designed by CRN’s engineering department, in collaboration with Nuvolari Lenard and she has four decks, which can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The CRN chairman, Lamberto Tacolli commented in a statement to the media: “This is an important and strategic moment for the shipyard, as it marks the first step along the development path. We believe that the refitting of CRN yachts is an interesting opportunity.”
She is equipped with two 3512 B Caterpillar engines, which enable her to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots and cruising speed of 15 knots.
