ISA launches 50m 'Belle Anna'

Already abundant with superyacht launches these past few weeks, Italy can add another launch to its name. On 24 May 2012 International Shipyards Ancona (ISA) launched the third in a series of three new 50m motoryachts, Belle Anna.

Belle Anna’s launching ceremony took place at the Italian shipyard’s facilities in Ancona, Italy, and was attended by the owner’s family and a large group of close friends.

Though sharing the same technical platform as it’s the other two superyachts in ISA’s 50m series, tri-deck Belle Anna differs in her superstructure and transom design. The superyacht, with steel hull and aluminium superstructure, was designed, by naval architect Andrea Vallicelli in collaboration with the shipyard’s in-house naval architects. Designed as a displacement motoryacht, her main features, according to ISA, are “huge volumes, great performance and low consumption”. The 50m motoryacht includes a beach area accessed from the swim platform by two wide curved glass doors.
