The Antalya-based yacht builder, Sunrise Yachts has taken on a second 63m project. The motoryacht is for a European client who was introduced by YMG Yacht Management Group Switzerland. She will be designed by Espen Øino and delivered in 2014, in accordance with a build schedule of 28 months.
The 63m motoryacht, which goes under the working title name of Hull #632, is based on the same hull as another 63m under construction at the yard. She will be one of Turkey’s largest motor yachts weighing in at nearly 1,400 GRT.
Her Espen Øino design offers ‘spectacular volumes while granting access to most marinas – a winning combination and a critical requirement for the owner’ said Sunrise. Øino’s involvement with Sunrise is strengthening; with the renowned designer behind the sister 63m yacht and ‘several’ more projects in the pipeline according to the Turkish yard.
Bremen-based Focus Yacht Design designs her interior which features six suites holding a total of 12 guests.
The new 63m will be a variation on the first 63m in build, concept is pictured
The company also has in construction: a 45m sistership to “Africa” (design Studio Scanu; interiors by Franck Darnet), a 63m mega yacht (design Espen Øino; interiors by Redman Whiteley Dixon) and a 32m Explorer (design Drettmann Yachts / Focus Yacht Design).
