Mystic, the 46m motoryacht for sale with Alexander Vaal of Yachtzoo, has undergone a €1 million price reduction. She is currently lying in Göcek, Turkey, with a new asking price of €10.75 million.
Delivered in 2010, she was built by CMB Yachts, which is an affiliate of the Basaran Group and operates in the Antalya Free Zone, Turkey. She is the first hull in a series that was introduced to cater for higher demand in the 40m+ sector. Until the yard delivered Orient Star in 2012 – the second hull in the series – Mystic was the largest ever Turkish built motoryacht constructed of GRP.
46m Mystic
The interior was completed by Schnaase Interior design and features accommodation for up to 10 guests over a five stateroom layout, comprising a master cabin on the bridge deck with a private aft deck and four staterooms on the lower deck – two doubles and two twins – all of which are en-suite.
Mystic has a versatile design for interior modifications, should they be desired by a buyer – the gym and the private cinema can both be converted into additional cabins (see below). There is also the possibility to re-arrange the bridge deck by adding a sky lounge next to the master cabin.
The exterior lines are the work of Diana Yacht Design, which has delivered 31 30m+ projects to-date over an impressive 16 different shipyards, the majority of which (6) have been undertaken at Hakvoort shipyard in The Netherlands.
Over her three-deck layout, the Dutch design firm apportioned a large Jacuzzi with a covered outdoor bar and seating arrangement on the sun deck, a covered al fresco dining area with stylish furnishings and seating on the main deck, as well as a variety of tenders and toys in a large garage on the lower deck.
Since Mystic’s original listing in October 2015, no 45m+ motoryacht with a build year of later than 2010 has been listed with a lower asking price. It is also worth noting that she recently undertook her five-year survey.
