English-based brassware manufacturer, Samuel Heath will be showcasing a brand new collection of luxury bathroom fittings at the Monaco Yacht Show 2012.Entitled Style Moderne, the new collection has been inspired by the iconic Art Deco design era of the 1920’s and 1930’s, and refers to the original term used for the period.
The collection features key design elements synonymous with the period such as stepped forms, geometric facetted shapes and linear design. Featuring basin, bath and bidet tap options, a selection of concealed and exposed shower valves and a wide choice of ancillary items, the collection is also available with either lever or cross top controls for bespoke specification. All Style Moderne products will be available in polished nickel, chrome plate and antique gold, with black chrome or main body finish controls.
Samuel Heath’s new collection will join the company’s existing range of bathroom brassware, accessories and architectural hardware but the Monaco Yacht Show will be the first time that it will be showcased at an exhibition of this scale.
Each product is crafted in England using solid brass, hand polished and plated for a flawless finish, in a process that combines time-honoured craftsmanship with pioneering design and technology.

Vanessa Allan, marketing manager at Samuel Heath, commented: “The Monaco Yacht Show is considered one of the most prestigious yacht shows in the world so we are delighted to be exhibiting for the second time and to be showcasing our new collection here. With Style Moderne, we have re-imagined one of the most dynamic and influential artistic periods in history and are confident that it will be popular with superyacht designers and specifiers alike.
“As a company, we are committed to offering the highest quality products and our unique design insight to all the superyacht projects we work on and we’re looking forward to seeing some familiar faces as well as meeting new people at this year’s show.”
The company’s experts will also be on hand to discuss the company’s comprehensive design service which provides support for interior designers, architects and developers on specification projects, as well as some bespoke services including etching and finishing.
