Erwin Camps of Gulf Craft has revealed the interior design of the new 47m Majesty 155, at MYS today. “While this project will be seen by many as a natural progression of the product range expansion that Gulf Craft has developed in recent years with the launches of the Majesty 125 and 135, the Majesty 155 represents quite a leap in engineering complexity and offers us a tremendous opportunity to demonstrate the design solutions and workmanship capabilities of the yard today,” said Gulf Craft’s chief operating officer Erwin Bamps.

Offering a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 4,200nm at a speed of 12 knots, the Majesty 155 offers a range of customisation options in the design of the superstructure and offers the possibility for the inclusion of a helipad.
The announcement of the design is a departure from the norm for Gulf Craft, as the United Arab Emirates-based shipyard is more accustomed to announcing news on models once launched.
“We decided to announce this news now, as the project is just too big to hide from the press,” said Bamps. “We are very excited about the future and are confident in our business strategy.”
