FarSounder to display new hardware options at MYS following partnership announcement

FarSound has announced a new partnership and two new hardware options in time for the Monaco Yacht Show.

The navigation and security systems provider has partnered up with Transas Group in order to integrate FarSounder's navigation sonar systems into Transas' Navi-Sailor 4000 MFD series, in a move that FarSounder has announced, "will add a new level of situational awareness to Transas' sophisticated charting products."

FarSounder has also announced two new hardware options: a rectangular transducer and bulkhead mounted power module. The FarSounder-1000 is now available in the original curved faced transducer as well a new rectangular configuration. In addition, a bulkhead mounted power module is available from FarSounder to replace the former rack-mounted unit.

FarSounder will be displaying its new products at the Monaco Yacht Show, booth QS79 in the Darse Sud - Tente Climatisee.
