Dynamiq partners with Trussardi

MONACO. Following the official launch of Dynamiq in June, the superyacht industry newcomer looking to do customisation a little differently has teamed up with the Italian fashion house Trussardi. The collaboration will see a new interior design collection for the smallest of the Dynamiq yachts, the 38.6m D4 series. The collection, according to Dynamiq, is an elegant array of select furnishings and accessories from Trussardi Casa.
“At Dynamiq, we consider the yacht not a finished product, but as a perfect high-tech platform for our client’s imagination and personal tastes,” explains Sergei Dobroserdov, founder and CEO of Dynamiq Yacts. “Our first-to-the industry online configurator, with numerous options, means truly bespoke yacht building.”
Trussardi, while renowned for its fashion, has only recently entered the world of interior design. One off collaborations have been a feature of Trussardi’s work sine the early eighties, but it wasn’t until 2014 that it launched its first full line – Trussardi Casa. The partnership with Dynamiq marks another step forward into the world of interior design, while opening the door to a new market.
“We are very excited to be working with Dynamiq Yachts on this special project that blends the craftsmanship with Trussardi Casa creations with the avant-garde and futuristic technology of the yachts,” says Tomaso Trussardi, CEO of the Trussardi Group. The new collection will be presented at the 2015 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, an occasion that will also mark the Dynamiq brand’s inaugural US appearance.
Maria Povecerovska, the director of Dynamiq, adds that, in Trussardi, Dynamiq has partnered with a brand that characterises the exclusivity, class and modernism that reflects Dynamiq’s own philosophy. “The main target for the show is to introduce Dynamiq to a number of US and Latin American brokers and clients. We hope the new concept will be highly appreciated and well received.”
