Culinary triumphs at MYBA
Running over three days, chefs entered into MYBA's Chefs' Competition had to offer judges a spectacular three-course meal, fitting the theme 'Cannes Film Festival red carpet dinner party with your most decadent chocolate dessert'.…
This year’s MYBA Charter Show ran from 27 to 30 April, 2015, and one of the highlights of the show is always the Chefs’ Competition.
Running over three days, chefs had to offer judges (one of whom was two-Michelin-star chef Antonio Melloni) a spectacular three-course meal, fitting the theme 'Cannes Film Festival red carpet dinner party with your most decadent chocolate dessert', with an additional Best Service and Table Scpaing awards for the interior crew.
After three days of decadent delights against a backdrop of the Cannes Film Festival as created by the interior crew, the panel chose the winners.
