The InRizzardi Group (Rizzardi, Posillipo, Italcraft, Diano, Parisi, Santa Yachts) has filed in court for a concordat among its creditors in order to avoid possible insolvency and/or bankruptcy proceedings.
The group has been in financial difficulties for some time and was notable by its absence at this year's Cannes Boat Show. Company staff are on stay-at-home pay and there are unconfirmed reports that at least one vessel has been seized by the Italian tax authorities. The largest yacht in the InRizzardi fleet is the Posillipo 120.
The Group hopes to issue a press release in the next few days.
