MYS EXCLUSIVE: €3.05 million price reduction on Benetti's Cakewalk

3.05 million euro price reduction on Benetti's Cakewalk  …

One day prior to the outset of the 2015 Monaco Yacht Show, the owner of Benetti's Cakewalk instructed a €3.05 million price reduction on the 55m motoryacht. Listed for sale with Merle Wood & Associates and Burgess, her new asking price is €21.95 million.

The 2003 build underwent a significant refit in Florida at the beginning of 2015. Captain Bill Zinser said that her subsequent condition is second-to-none and she is prime for new ownership. The interior decor upgrades include reupholstered soft furnishings, new furniture, new carpets and a new dining table. A complete review of all technical systems was also carried out.

Her range of over 8,000nm at a 12-knot speed is outstanding in this size range. With a GT of 909, she offers considerable volume and is above the fleet average of 747GT for 52.5 - 57.5m motoryachts.
