One of Marina Barcelona 92's most notable early figures (MB92), Pepón Garriga-Nogués has passed away at the age of 56 following a long battle with cancer.

Pepón Garriga-Nogués was the managing director of MB92 from 1991 to 1999 and he made a great contribution to the success of the company in the superyacht industry.
 
“All of us who have had the honour to have shared part of our life with him will miss him greatly. He will always be remembered”, said Pepe García-Aubert, current CEO of MB92.

Pepón Garriga-Nogués is survived by his wife Tote Buira. a private service was held on 22nd October in Barcelona.
