The family-run Lazzara Yacht Corporation has announced that it has received a capital investment from The Crest Group LLC.
The private company, which produces yachts between 15 metres and 40 metres, has operations in over 25 global markets including America, Greece, Turkey, the United Kingdom, China and India. Its most recent launch was the 23 metre Breeze, and the company plans to release five new models over the next two years.
Lazzara Yachts’ chairman, Dick Lazzara said of the news:
“For the last twenty years we’ve had a family owned, primarily US focused, business model. It’s time to broaden our horizons and bring the superior Lazzara quality, style and innovation to the entire world. I couldn’t be more optimistic about the direction we’re headed and what the future holds for us at Lazzara.”
This view was echoed by the company’s president, Brad Lazzara:
“This partnership with The Crest Group gives our company the capital it needs to become the worldwide leader in yachts. The freedom it gives us to focus on the design, innovation and distribution of our yachts assures us a bright future for the coming decades.”
Enrico Scarda, managing partner of The Crest Group LLC, expressed his excitement and optimism for the future, having forged the partnership with Lazzara Yachts:
“We couldn’t be happier to be able to join the Lazzara team. It is very obvious that the Lazzara family is dedicated to the continued innovation and development of exceptional yachts and we are glad to be able to be a part of it.
