UK, London. Casa Forma and Luxury Interiors London have announced a merger to form Casa Forma London — a new company offering a bespoke turnkey design service led by Faiza Seth and Radhika Seth.

With an impressive portfolio that includes some of the world’s most prestigious properties in prime London locations such as One Hyde Park and private residences in Mayfair, the merger unites the expertise and knowledge of Faiza Seth, founder of Casa Forma and Radhika Seth, CEO of Luxury Interiors London, who have been working in the luxury design sector for the past decade. Together their experience spans property development, interior architecture, interior design and sourcing.

“This merger is a truly exciting step forward in which we have gained fantastic new members of the team and extended the scope of our work,” says Faiza Seth. “Radhika has passion and vision — I am confident that under her leadership Casa Forma will grow to the next level.”

Casa Forma London aims to deliver properties with a beautiful and timeless interior design. The two figureheads strive to maximise the aesthetics as well as functionality of a space and share a signature style of refined elegance. The merger also sees a physical move with all services operated from a central in-house team with one point of contact, ensuring the timely delivery of a beautiful bespoke project on budget.

Casa Forma London's expertise is not limited to land-based projects either following the commission to develop the interior of a 47m motoryacht concept. The result was a light design with a masculine and urbane flair that offers high gloss piano finish rosewood panelling with fluting details, vellum panelling with bronze inlays, bespoke ‘liquid’ bronze artwork panelling and grey oak flooring.

“It’s wonderful to work with Faiza and the team at Casa Forma as both of our firms have a similar belief that great design should be client focused,” says Radhika Seth. “We look forward to exciting new design challenges together and are sure that the company can go from strength to strength.”

To coincide with the merger, Casa Forma London is launching an in-house lifestyle advisory service to accompany its design offering. This service will draw on the expertise Luxury Interiors London has in the procurement of high-end items alongside the contacts that Casa Forma has established in the luxury goods sector which gives the company access to exclusive items, events and opportunities.
