London law firm Bargate Murray have announced that the superyacht Palladium (formerly Orca) was delivered to their clients from the Blohm + Voss shipyard on 16 September 2010 at 13:00 hours.  Bargate Murray were involved with the project from the beginning, advising their clients on all aspects of the legal work, including contracts with designers, project managers and suppliers, crew agreements, flag and registration advice.  Quentin Bargate, head of the Superyacht group, led the team; senior associate Anouch Sedef assisted Bargate with the project.

Quentin Bargate commented “We are delighted to have been closely associated with this prestigious project, one of the most remarkable superyacht designs yet to be built, and the second project that we have been involved with from start to finish for this owner [...] There were, of course, many challenges in so complex a project but all were met and solutions found. One look at “Palladium” and you are bowled over by her sheer beauty and her striking, innovative design features.”

Quentin Bargate set up the law firm in 2004, and it became Bargate Murray in 2006.  The firm advises clients in superyachts, marine, international trade and commercial litigation/ arbitration.
