Azimut expands US sales network

Azimut Yachts and Atlantis, brands of the Azimut Benetti Group have announced an agreement with yacht retailer, MarineMax, which will see its models sold into new US territories.

The New York Stock exchange listed retailer and one of the USA’s largest, has already enjoyed a good relationship as Azimut’s retailer. But the agreement will now see Azimut Yachts’ range up to 30m in length and the smaller Atlantis range sold into further territories in the US.

These include: Ohio, Michigan and Illinois, Texas, the northern Gulf Coast, and the West Coast of the United States. It positions MarineMax as the exclusive Azimut dealer for the entire of the United States excepting Florida.

“The design, quality and technology of our yachts are recognized in the States to the point that Azimut Yacht is the number one European brand in North America and, in certain segments, number one overall. Such achievement is the result of the combined efforts of Azimut and MarineMax,” he added.
