CNM's two berth offer saves thousands

It’s not exactly two for the price of one, but Camper & Nicholsons Marinas (CNM) new double berthing offer is pretty close.CNM has launched a new pricing structure for superyacht owners interested in berth ownership at CNM's marinas in Grand Harbour Malta and Port Louis Marina in Grenada. Whereas purchase of an individual 30m berth at Grenada would normally cost €355,000 and €810,000 for the same size berth in Malta, the double-berth package price is €839,214. This results in a saving of €325,786.
Robert Inwards of Inwards Marine sources berths for owners, said: “This new berth package is excellent value for money compared to any single berth alternative on the market today and I am sure, will be very appealing to yacht owners.”
With the majority of yacht owners and charterers dividing their time between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean the double package is a logical offer that is likely to see considerable take up.
Both marinas have strengths in terms of location and facilities for superyachts. Grand Harbour Marina in Malta is known as one of Europe’s most yacht-friendly and stable jurisdictions. It is also popular for refit work with captains citing low cost as well as reliability as its benefits.
Port Louis Marina in Grenada is one of the most unspoilt cruising destinations in the Caribbean, with coves, beaches and nature reserves.
The berth package includes berths from 30m to 100m at Grand Harbour Marina in Malta and Port Louis Marina in Grenada. The full pricing structures for two berths are as follows:

60 x 15m 60 x 14m € 3,025,000
70 x 17m 70 x 15m € 3,927,500
75 x 20m 75 x 20m € 4,848,214
100 x 25m 90 x 20m € 7,767,857
Prices exclude VAT and stamp duty, and annual berth service charges apply in Malta at
€39/m2 and Grenada at €32/m2. The offer is subject to availability and applies for a limited time only.
