Gurit to elect new director to board

The Board of Directors of Gurit Holding AG decided to propose to the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for April 23 2012, the election of Mr. Peter Pauli, CEO of Meyer Burger Technology Ltd, as new member of the Board of Directors.
Pauli, a Swiss citizen born in 1960, holds a degree in mechanical engineering and complemented his education with postgraduate studies in business management. With his experience as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Meyer Burger Technology Ltd, he brings with him a broad understanding of the global renewable energy markets as well as a successful track record in industrial management.
