Amarres Deportivos SL to develop Pier 46

Amarres Deportivos SL, a company jointly formed by Bank Pastor and del Mediterraneo, has been granted a 17-year concession to develop what is today, Pier 46 marina.
The marina’s development will begin in Summer 2011 and will see the area undergo a major overhaul, as evidenced by Amarres Deportivos partner Oscar Siches:
“As the new tenants of the well located concession, we are completely reinvigorating the facility including the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new building. We also plan to restore the marina’s iconic restaurant.”
